Delivery methods
In Lithuania, we deliver products in the following ways:
Couriers: DPD, Omniva. Delivery to your specified address within 1-3 business days.
By post office: DPD, Omniva. Delivery to a parcel machine within 1-3 business days.
For purchases over 60 EUR, delivery in Lithuania (except the Curonian Spit) is free!
We deliver products abroad by couriers: DPD, DHL, FedEx, UPS, post office within 7-14 business days.
For purchases over 150 EUR, delivery in the European Union is free!
If the customer does not have time to collect the parcel from the parcel machine within the deadline specified by the transport company, it is returned to the sender. If the customer wants the parcel to be re-sent, he/she must pay additional shipping and return costs.
The courier delivers orders on weekdays until 5 p.m.
Delivery fees
For orders in Lithuania, the delivery fee is: by parcel machine from 2.00 EUR, by courier from 3.50 EUR.
For orders to foreign countries, the delivery fee is from 5.00 EUR
