The recommended dose is 10 g (2 teaspoons) once a day. Mix 2 tbsp. sh. powder with 150 ml of milk/water - to get a delicious taste, we recommend mixing it with your favorite vegetable drink (coconut, oat, soy, almond, rice). Perfect with smoothies, porridge, yogurt or any other way you prefer. The mixture can be consumed as a tasty cocktail containing vegetable proteins, natural vitamins and minerals to support the healthy growth and development of children. It can be drunk warm, but the temperature of the drink must not exceed 60 C.
